SWINDLER!!! --> <-- SWINDLER!!!

da-architect-demonic (Formerly TheApexHedgehogV2 in deviantart, Nick Gomez in real life) is a swindler.
I'll start by telling my story and why I treat this user as a scammer (because he is and I'm going to prove it).

A couple of months ago (July 13), this user came to me to make a commission. This drawing in concrete. 

He told me all the details. He pay me. I did the job. And he loved the result (I even have captures of all the conversations I had with him to prove it and even in my Deviantart account Notes).

The following month of finishing this order (in August) I receive a complaint in paypal of this user. Specifically:

The payment was not authorized

(Im not a company, I can't charge anyone in their accounts without their permission and being an order, he sent the money to me, so it doesn't make sense). I defend myself in paypal by sending all the details of what happened and they tell me that they will study the case.

I contacted him to find out what happened and he said excuses of the type: "my grandmother in the bank denied it, I'm very angry with her" (you will understand my surprise at such a response, because it seems that he paid me with his grandmother's account and not with his account...)
I demand that he return me the money, but according to him, he had no money for a few weeks (the money they took away from me does not reach the recipient until quite some time later, it is logical that if he does not have money and he does not get the money of the drawing, can not give it back for now). Weeks later this was still the same, he had no money and tells me that they have been late in paying him (allegedly in his work they pay late to he).

I receive a message from paypal where they tell me that as the dispute is made from the bank and not from paypal, they can not help me more and the case is given as lost. But for trying to defend me in this case and lose, I associate some extra expenses for the defense (if I win the case, paypal does not charge me extra money for this).

So not only did I lose the 30 euros of the drawing, but also I owed paypal 16 euros more.

46 euros in total (about 55 dollars although it was a bit more because I was requisitioned a little more money...).

I contact him again to tell him that because of him I have lost more money even, and I demand to he again my money back. And at the end he says, "I got the card stolen, I can not pay you yet."

It hurts a lot when this, my only job where I am more than 18 hours to do a single drawing / order. With my arm pains (which doctors are still treating me). All the effort I put in to make some money, so that someone will come and play with it. This user is a swindler without any discussion.
After this, as my father has pancreatic cancer, the whole family went on vacation to have some good memories with him, because according to doctors, he can die to the minimum that the treatment will stop him from taking effect (very likely) .

Well, I'm giving lots of opportunities just in case people are not lying to me. It is possible that this user is actually having problems for paying me and everything has been a mistake. That's what I thought, so I decided to wait a little longer with this vacation. Those 2 weeks of vacation with my family should be enough time for this guy, Nick Gamez, to get the money.

I have returned and I have not heard from him. I have no messages from he or send money to my account.

This is so, he is a con man who plays with people. There is no longer any mistake.

In writing this journal I have not sent he any messages about money, directly because if he answer me, it will be to make excuses and, frankly, I am fed up.

I will not see the money I have lost. I've thrown time and effort into the trash for a bad hoax. I prefer to sleep at night giving the money for lost than fighting in vain...

This is going to have serious repercussions on the commissions I accept, because although I do not have enough work, I am not willing to work for free when I and my family have a very bad time. So I'm just going to take orders from people I've known for some time. This I do not like, because I close the doors to new clients, but as anyone can rip a drawer as easy as going to the bank and asking for his money back, I prefer to work insurance.
